Processing the next stage of the Takeoff, you will receive an email when it is ready for you to review.
You can close this page — the work carries on without it.
Performing a Takeoff for your building plan requires an accurate classification of pages.
You should confirm the page classifications to ensure this drawing set is ready for Takeoff processing.
Ready for Takeoff 🛫
You will receive an email when the Takeoff has been processed.
Add any missing walls by clicking once to start drawing a wall, then click again to end that wall segment.
Remove walls by clicking the red X when you hover over a wall.
Add any Internal Doors that have not been identified on the plan. Use the red X to remove a door.
You must confirm the door widths are correct for each floor.
Check the ceiling height read from the section for each floor, and correct it if it is wrong — the height drives every wall lining area.
Keep the gable ends that are clad externally, set the uplift for a raked ceiling, and add any ceiling area the plan misses by clicking point to point on the section.
Click an opening to zoom to it on the schedule and read its dimensions. Correct a size by typing it, or by dragging the frame on the drawing.
Add any External Openings that are missing — click point to point on the sheet and click the first point again to close the outline. Use the red X to remove an opening, then confirm the openings for each floor.
Each area is a room the confirmed walls and doorways enclose, numbered largest first and drawn on the plan.
Every area starts dry. Set its walls or its ceiling to wet where the linings there are Aqualine — a bathroom, a laundry, a WC — then confirm each floor.
Every floor you confirmed on Areas is priced here: the walls and ceilings are drawn as they will be lined, each board type in its own colour.
Choose how each floor settles — consolidated onto as few sheet sizes as it will bear, or every room on the size it settled on — then open Customise to build the order yourself.
